Pricing Based on Estimated Hours
All prices quoted are based on the expected number of hours to complete the tasks involved, drawing on over 20 years of experience in website development. If the work is completed in less time than anticipated, the client will be charged less. Conversely, if the project proves to be more complex or requires additional customization beyond initial expectations, the client will be charged for the additional time required to complete.
Pricing Terms & Conditions
• A deposit of 25% of the total project cost is required before work commences. This deposit will be deducted from the first invoice.Â
• Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month and must be settled within 10 days of issuance. An administrative fee of 5% is applied to each invoice.
• All payments must be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal. Cash payments are not accepted.
• In the event that an invoice is not paid within the 10-day window, a late fee of 1% of the original invoice amount will be applied for each day the invoice remains unpaid and will be added to the subsequent invoice.
